NEWSLETTER DEADLINE for November is Tuesday, October 30th.

PRAYER GROUP meets on the second and fourth Wednesdays of the month in the downstairs nursery at 10 am.

THE CUPBOARDS ARE LOW at Peebles Elementary School! Donations ASAP are greatly appreciated. A list of foods most urgently needed is forthcoming, but we can use food now. For more information please call Marsha Burt 508-759-8364.

MEAL & CONCERT MONDAY OCT. 22nd at Bourne UMC. Starting at 5:30 pm we will serve Soup and Cornbread (also beverage and dessert). No tickets needed for the meal but donations gratefully accepted to help us recoup our food cost. Starting at 6:30 pm “The Kempters” will share their musical ministry. This Handmade Gospel Band from Slapout, Alabama will perform their own unique style of Vintage Gospel. No admission charge for concert, however, a love offering will be received. VOLUNTEER CHAPLAINS WANTED Interested in serving as a volunteer chaplain? Please call Chaplain Sally Miller of Upper Cape Chaplaincy at 508-331-8250 or 508-457-3522. Will train.  Help is needed Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10 am to noon. Free lunch provided.

CHILDREN’S CLOTHING EXCHANGE: We continue to accept gently used children’s clothes, sizes 0-14, which may be dropped off at the Thrift Shop. The exchange is open the first Saturday of each month at 10am.
